REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Haman Mutoro Tawai alias Herman Mutoro Tawai (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as S./Kabras/Chesero/2707, situate in the Kakamega County, and whereas in Succession Cause No. E563 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Rachel Masitsa Mukhwana, and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Haman Mutoro Tawai alias Herman Mutoro Tawai (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
