GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4965

WHEREAS Reuben Katambani alias Reuben Imbwaka Katambani alias Ruben Imbwaga s/o Katambani alias Ruben Imbwaka Katambani (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Isukha/Shitochi/1733, situated in the County of Kakamega, and whereas as the administrator in Succession Cause No. 472 of 2022 has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favor of (1) James Inziani Katambani, (2) John Katambani and (3) Beatrice Ichela Katambani, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Reuben Katambani alias Reuben Imbwaka Katambani alias Ruben Imbwaga s/o Katambani alias Ruben Imbwaka Katambani (deceased) has been reported missing or lost. Notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 40 and R.L. 50, and upon such registration to the land title deed issued earlier to Reuben Katambani alias Reuben Imbwaka Katambani alias Ruben Imbwaga s/o Katambani alias Ruben Imbwaka Katambani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
