REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Nzioka Mbuva (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.16 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kangundo/Muisuni/2842, situate in the county of Machakos, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Machakos in Succession Cause No. E366 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Henry Jesse Mbuva, and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 to Henry Jesse Mbuva, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Michael Nzioka Mbuva (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
