THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Nzyoka Kimonyi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.12 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Machakos, known as Machakos/Kiandani/3882, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Machakos in Succession Cause No. 109 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Benson Kimonyi Peter (ID/5781135), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Nzyoka Kimonyi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 to Benson Kimonyi Peter (ID/5781135), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Nzyoka Kimonyi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
