THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Karema Ngacha Makira (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 1.68 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Meru, known as Ex-Lewa Settlement Scheme/1160, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya in Succession Cause No. E78 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Ngacha Karema Ngacha (ID/6618459), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Karema Ngacha Makira (deceased), have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 19 in favour of Ngacha Karema Ngacha (ID/6618459), and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Karema Ngacha Makira (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
