REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Julius Kuria Gathuchi alias Julius Ben Kuria Gathuchi (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 4.42 acres or thereabout, known as Loc. 12/Sub-loc. 4/1226, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 1374 of 2010, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Bernard Muturi Kuria (ID/3482143), and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Julius Kuria Gathuchi alias Julius Ben Kuria Gathuchi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
