THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kamau Kimanangi alias Kamau Kimani (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 7.0 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Gatundu, known as Kiganjo/Mundoro/57, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. 330 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Charles Kimani Kamau (ID/0907692), and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Kamau Kimanangi alias Kamau Kimani (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters and issue a land title deed to Charles Kimani Kamau (ID/0907692), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kamau Kimanangi alias Kamau Kimani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
