GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4948

WHEREAS (1) Samson Nginyo Kiruga (ID/6713903), (2) James Wamwati Kiruga (ID/0552195) and (3) Peninah Njeri Kiruga (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.090 hectare or thereabouts, situate in district of Kiambu, known as Ndumberi/Ndumberi/1763, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kiambu in Succession Cause No. 74 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Moses Kiruga Ikonya, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Samson Nginyo Kiruga (ID/6713903), (2) James Wamwati Kiruga (ID/0552195) and (3) Peninah Njeri Kiruga (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said Moses Kiruga Ikonya and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Samson Nginyo Kiruga (ID/6713903), (2) James Wamwati Kiruga (ID/0552195) and (3) Peninah Njeri Kiruga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
