THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Onesmus Kebata Wandae (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Naivasha, known as Kiambogo/Miroreni Block 1/1473, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha in Succession Cause No. 200 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Peter Wanyaga Kibata and (2) Nancy Wairimu Gathaiya, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Onesmus Kebata Wandae (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed to (1) Peter Wanyaga Kibata and (2) Nancy Wairimu Gathaiya, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Onesmus Kebata Wandae (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
