REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samwel Kipkemboi A. Mibei, of P.O. Box 324, Sotik in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as 2.276 hectares or thereabout, situate in Nandi County, known as Nandi/Kapkangani/Kaimosi/526, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
