REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Benson Mburu Ng’ethe, of P.O. Box 71783–00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece piece of land known as Makuyu/ Makuyu /Block 1/7070 containing 0.018 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with registration of the said document and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Benson Mburu Ng’ethe shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
