THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ahmad Ali Shaush and 10 others, all of P.O. Box 1828–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of freehold ownership interest of all that parcel of land, known as Portion No. 87 Mambrui, containing 19.2 acres or thereabout, situate in the Mambrui, Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 1333, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
