REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Malewa Ranching Company Limited, of P.O. Box 527, Gilgil in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 3777/415 (Orig. No. 3777/406/5), situate in North East of Gilgil Township in Naivasha 2nd April, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 14024/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
