IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 7 (1) (g) of the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital Order, 2025, the Cabinet Secretary for Health appoints— DAVID KIPCHIRCHIR ROTICH (DR.) to be a Member of the Board of Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 2nd April, 2026.
