APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 10 (1) (a) of the National Employment Authority Act as read with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Labour and Social Protection appoints— GEOFFREY K. MARITIM to be the Non-Executive Chairperson of the National Employment Authority Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 2nd April, 2026. *
