TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2025
By Cleophas Wayongo Wanyonyi, of P.O. Box 115–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Issa Wanyonyi Walela, who died on 27th December, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E190 OF 2025
By Mark Denis Nyongesa, of P.O. Box 1896–30200, Kitale in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Sirira Nasimiyu Masinde, who died on 5th July, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
