TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2026
By Susan Wanjiku Gichobi, of P.O. Box 2, Kianyaga in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Gichobi Wambugu, who died along Landhies
Road, on 26th May, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2026
By Johnson Njeru Miano, of P.O. Box 232, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kagondu Miano, who died at Njuku, on 16th July, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
