Box 10250–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Keter Mosonik, who died at Nakuru Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 15th May, 2014. Box 421–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Waithira Karanja alias Lucy Waithiru Karanja, who died at Pwani Sub-location, on 13th October, 2008. CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2026 By (1) Ann Cherotich Serem and (2) Eugene Kipkoech, both of P.O. Box 487–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsang Serem, who died at Chemalal Sub-location, on 15th May, 2025.
