NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 13th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 562, in Volume D1, Folio 84/959, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Fatuma Mohamed Maalim, formerly known as Fatuma Ali Asad, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Fatuma Ali Asad, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fatuma Mohamed Maalim, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Fatuma Mohamed Maalim only.
