NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 916, in Volume DI, Folio 106/924, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Nancy Mutei Kisyang’a, formerly known as Nancy Mutei Mbuvi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nancy Mutei Mbuvi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nancy Mutei Kisyang’a for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nancy Mutei Kisyang’a only.
