NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1058, Volume DI, Folio 56/095, File MMXXVI, by our client, Tabitha Njeri Muhuha (guardian), of P.O. Box 43465– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Abigael Wanjiru Kiiru (minor), formerly known as Abigael Wanjiru Gatumbi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Abigael Wanjiru Gatumbi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abigael Wanjiru Kiiru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Abigael Wanjiru Kiiru only.
