NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 93, Volume B-13, Folio 2481/22735, File 1637, by our client, Margaret Njeri Gachanja, formerly known as Irene Margaret Njeri Gachanja, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Irene Margaret Njeri Gachanja, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Margaret Njeri Gachanja, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Margaret Njeri Gachanja only.
