NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 122, Volume DI, Folio 81/929, File MMXXIV, by our client, Kepha Kamau Ng’ang’a, formerly known as Paul Kamau Ng’ang’a, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Paul Kamau Ng’ang’a, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kepha Kamau Ng’ang’a, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kepha Kamau Ng’ang’a only.
