NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 30th June, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3295, in Volume D1, Folio 193/2098, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Derrick Mukundi Muthoni, formerly known as Derrick Mukundi Njiru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Derrick Mukundi Njiru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Derrick Mukundi Muthoni, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Derrick Mukundi Muthoni only.
