NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 591, Volume DI, Folio 80/915, File MMXXVI, by our client, Kirui Philiph Kipkoech, of P.O. Box 2382–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joseph Kipkoech Bor, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Joseph Kipkoech Bor, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kirui Philiph Kipkoech, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kirui Philiph Kipkoech only.
