NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to the owners of motor Vehicles Registration No. KDG 245V, Chasiss No. JALFRR90NK70002918, Isuzu FRR lorry to take delivery of the same which have being lying at Smarttech Auto Center Limited, at Oriental Gowdowns, Athi River, Machakos County. within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon payment of storage charges, Auctioneers costs and any other incidental charges including the cost of publication of this notice failure to which the said will be disposed of either by Public Auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owners and the proceeds therefrom shall be defrayed against all the storage charges and any other incidental costs, but should there be a shortfall, the owner will be liable thereafter.
