THE CONSITUTION OF KENYA THE PUBLIC FINANCE MANAGEMENT ACT

NOTICE is given that pursuant to the powers conferred by Article 210 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010, section 159 of the Public Finance management Act, 2012 and sections 6 and 7 of the Mombasa County Tax Waiver and Variation Act, 2017 and all other enabling laws, I, Evans Oanda, Executive Committee Member for Finance, Mombasa County Government, do waive all penalties and interests on property rates. This notice takes effect for fouty five (45) days from the 1st April, 2026 to 15th May 2026. Dated the 24th March, 2026.
