APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to section 26, 27 and 28 of the Mental Health Act take notice that this court in civil misc. application case No. HCFMISC/167 of 2021 appointed (1) Hassan Noor Abdirahman Farah and (2) Khadija Abdirahman Farah, as managers of the estate and all affairs of Abdulrahman Farah Osman, with effect from the 5th March, 2026. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication.
