REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Edward Gachogu Mukai Muigai, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Bumbani “A”/19, situate in the county of Kwale, and whereas Susan Musangi Maseki has been declared to be registered proprietor against the current registered proprietor Edward Gachogu Mukai Muigai of all that said property through Civil Suit No. 1615 of 2018 in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Mombasa, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to issue Susan Musangi Mbiti also known as Susan Musangi Maseki with title deed and the title deed issued earlier to Edward Gachogu Mukai Muigai shall stand cancelled hence of no effect.
