GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4414

WHEREAS Laban Kibirir Chelashaw (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kitale Municipality Block15/Koitogos/154, containing 14.42 hectares or thereabout, situate in County of Trans Nzoia, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. E42 of 2022, has issued letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Edward Kiptoo Chelashaw, (2) Philip Kipkemoi Chelashaw, (3) Isaiah Kibiwott Birir and (4) Thomas Kipkurui Chelashaw, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Laban Kibirir Chelashaw (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue land title deed to the said (1) Edward Kiptoo Chelashaw, (2) Philip Kipkemoi Chelashaw, (3) Isaiah Kibiwott Birir and (4) Thomas Kipkurui Chelashaw,, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Laban Kibirir Chelashaw (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
