GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4412

Whereas Ben Njoroge Muiruri, is registered as proprietor of all that property known as CIS-Mara/Ololulunga/5060, situate in the Narok County, and holds a valid land title deed issued on 18th September, 2018, and whereas on 20th March, 2019, the said parcel was unlawfully, irregularly and illegally transferred to one Oloishorua Lepore without the knowledge or consent of Bonafide registered owner and without following the laid down transfer of land procedures, the same having been procured through misrepresentation and falsification of facts in total disregard of the existence of a valid land title deed and actual occupation of the bonafide owner Ben Njoroge Muiruri, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to prove that the land title deed held by Oloishorua Lepore was fraudulently acquired, and whereas all efforts made to compel Oloishorua Lepore to surrender the said land title deed for cancellation under section 14 (a), (b) and section 79 (2) of the L.R.A., and regulations thereof declined, and whereas notice is given that I intend to dispense with production of the said land title deed and proceed to reinstate the parcel of land back to Ben Njoroge Muiruri, and proceed to expunge the names of Oloishorua Lepore, from the records and upon such reversion the fraudulent land title deed held by Oloishorua Lepore, shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect Dated the 27th March, 2026.
