THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwakio Mwaki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the Taita/Taveta County, known as Chawia/Kidaya/Ngerenyi/757, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Voi in Succession Cause No. 57 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Atanus Mwambamba Mwakio, of P.O. Box 1144–80304, Wundanyi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwakio Mwaki (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwakio Mwaki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
