REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stephen Sakana Simingorr (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 8.7 hectares or thereabout, known as Kajiado/Kisaju/3802, situate in the Kajiado County, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kajiado in Succession Cause No. E42 of 2022, has issued grant in favour of (1) Mary ene Sakana Simingor, (2) Jenephar Sherio Sakana and (3) Johnson Sakana Simingor to be registered as administrators, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Stephen Sakana Simingorr (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration in favour of the said administrators and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Stephen Sakana Simingorr (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
