THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nicholas Mutua Muia alias Mutua Muia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Machakos/Ulu/112, situate in the district of Makueni, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Makueni in Succession Cause No. E12 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Joshua Kioko Mutua, (2) Sammy Ngelema Mutua and (3) Augustine Mwikya Mutua, and whereas the said land title deed in respect of Nicholas Mutua Muia alias Mutua Muia (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 19 in the name of (1) Joshua Kioko Mutua, (2) Sammy Ngelema Mutua and (3) Augustine Mwikya Mutua, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Nicholas Mutua Muia alias Mutua Muia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
