GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4401

WHEREAS Duncan Wachira Wahome (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Laikipia County, known as Euasonyiro/Ilpejeta Block I/717, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyeri in Succession Cause No. E178 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Grace Waithira Wachira and (2) Rose Wambui Wachira, as administrators, and whereas the said (1) Grace Waithira Wachira and (2) Rose Wambui Wachira have executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission of L.R.A. 39 and whereas the said land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietors by transmission L.R.A. 39 in the name of (1) Grace Waithira Wachira and (2) Rose Wambui Wachira, as administrators, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Duncan Wachira Wahome (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
