THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Kipkurgat Mining (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land, known as Nandi/Ollessos/487 and 488, situate in the county of Nandi, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. E86 of 2017, has issued letters of administration in favour of (1) Ruth Cheptoo Kurgat and (2) Isaac Kiprugut Kurgat, and whereas all efforts have been made to recocer the land title deed to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue of land title deed to the said (1) Ruth Cheptoo Kurgat and (2) Isaac Kiprugut Kurgat, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Kipkurgat Mining (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
