THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joshua Koech Kipkirui (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Kampi ya Moto/Kampi ya Moto Block 3/587 (Ex-Jack), and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kabarnet in Succession Cause No. E17 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Fancy Jebet Rotich, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Joshua Koech Kipkirui (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission of L.R.A. 50 and issue land title deed to the said Fancy Jebet Rotich, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joshua Koech Kipkirui (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
