WHEREAS Veronica Nthambi Kimondiu (ID/20074608), is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in county of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Diani Beach Block/1210, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new white card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
