THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Josephat Mureithi Mutugi, (2) Esther Muthoni Mugo and (3) Charles Muriithi Mugo, as the administrators of the estate of Lazarus Munyi Mugo (deceased), (1) Catherine Wairimu Mugera) as the administratrix of the estate of Gerald Munene Mugera (deceased), and Public Trustee (administrator) of Eusebio Ngurungu Ngari (deceased) as tenants in common equal shares, both of P.O. Box 59571, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that a piece of land, known as L.R. No. 209/2227, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 24138/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
