REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hellen Akinyi Owiti, of P.O. Box 14–40602, Bondo in the Republic of Kenya, is the administrator of the estate of Manase Okoth Okumu, the proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 6.4 hectares or thereabout, situate in the sub- county of Bondo, registered under the title No. North Sakwa/Maranda/1223, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
