REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Jonathan Maara, of P.O. Box 12165, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as L.R. 27/319, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi area, by virtue of a deed of conveyance registered in Vol. N69, Folio 58/1, File 2208, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said deed of conveyance has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement deed of conveyance provided that no objection has been received within that period.
