WHEREAS (1) Grace Wanjiru Munge, (2) Mary Wamathwe Ngethe, (3) Anthony Gatenjwa Munge, (4) Lucy Nyambura Munge and (5) Jane Wairimu Nyoike, are the registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 330/610, situate in the county of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture registered as Vol. N132, Folio110/11, File 14971, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said indenture has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty 27th March, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
