THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mohamed Ashraf Mithoowani (ID/9789357) and (2) Mohamed Hanif Mithoowani (ID/0951987), both of P.O. Box 32851–00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0927 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 103/2560, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
