REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Geraldine Ann Evans and (2) Michael Barrie Evans, both of P.O. Box 24225–00502, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors lessees of all that Portion B of land, known as L.R. No. 195/11, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered as Volume N113, Folio 153/1, File 30268, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
