APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) (b) of the Water Act, as read with section 51(1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation appoints— BEATRICE KANUTHU MUCHINA to be a Member of the Central Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 27th March, 2026.
