NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 12th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 502, in Volume DI, Folio 76/886, File MMXXIV, by our Client, Wilberforce Wanjala Muhindi, of P.O. Box 13283–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Wanjala Wanyonyi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Wanjala Wanyonyi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Wilberforce Wanjala Muhindi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Wilberforce Wanjala Muhindi only.
