NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 393, in Volume D1, Folio 75/875, File MMXXIV, by our client, Rehab Waichangi Mutonga (guardian), on behalf of Esther Hadassah Samuel (minor), of P.O. Box 291–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Esther Mumbi Mutonga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Esther Mumbi Mutonga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Esther Hadassah Samuel, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Esther Hadassah Samuel only.
