NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd December, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 971, in Volume D1, Folio 426/5185, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Zahra Tume Abduba, of P.O. Box 100407–00101, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rose Tume Abduba, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rose Tume Abduba and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Zahra Tume Abduba, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Zahra Tume Abduba only.
