NOTICE is given under the provisions of Section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected goods Act (Cap. 38), laws of Kenya to the owners of motor vehicles and Chattels on Card No. 60 which are lying at Startruck Caryard Storage Limited, to take delivery of the said vehicles and chattels within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, upon payment of all storage, handling, advertisement, auctioneer’s charges plus any other incidental accrued charges as at the date taking that delivery. If the aforementioned motor vehicles and Chattel on card No. 60 are not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same will be sold by public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owners, and any proceed shall be defrayed against all outstanding charges indicated hereinabove.
