COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above-mentioned Part Development Plans were on the 26th August, 2025 completed. The Part Development Plans relate to land situated within Meru Municipality CBD Area Imenti North Copies of the Part Development Plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the office of the County Director in Charge of Physical and Land Use Planning in Meru Town, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. during official working days and on the Meru County website: https://meru.go.ke Any interested person(s), organizations and entities who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above Part Development Plans may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Director of Physical and Land Use Planning, P.O. Box 120-60200, Meru, Kenya or merucounty@meru.go.ke within sixty (60) days from the date of this publication and such representations or objections shall state the grounds upon which it is made Dated the 11th February, 2026.
